Ever since members of the Russian Imperial Ballet founded The Russian Tea Room in 1927, it has become a second home to New Yorkers and visitors from around the world. After a recent renovation, the RTR is proud to be fully equipped to receive and cater to clients with disabilities of all types. The entrance to the restaurant is through a large door on the side. RTR staff is always present to help open that door and accomodate guest. The restrooms and the gift shop are accessible. In addition to the main dining room, all the private rooms upstairs are accessible, including the Bear Lounge on the second floor which has a 15 ft bear-shaped acquarium.

Hard Rock Cafe New York

The elevator to get down to the cafe is accessed through a corridor towards the back of the store. Another elevator takes you down to both levels where shows are done.

If you have any mobility impairment, suggestion is to come into the restaurant through the main entrance of the Hotel Hilton Garden, which will provide you an accessible route to the restroom. The rest room is in the hotel lobby and is accessible. The restaurant entrance will bring you to their main room and there are two steps to go to the restroom from there.
