J&R Music and Computer World caters to customers with disabilities by providing accessible entrances and exits,
wide aisles and shelves that facilitate their browsing in all their 5 stores. The only place not accessible to someone in
a wheelchair is their basement section at the store that sells musical instruments. All the shops have elevators. In their
computer store you will need the assistance of the security guard to use the elevators; there is a sign indicating this as
well as the accessible check out counters. If you inform them of your visit prior to your arrival, they will be prepared to
assist your shopping spree in all their stores. There is an accessible bathroom in their computer/video games/Apple store
in the corner of Park Row and Ann St. They have provided audible and visual alarms in all their stores.

B & H Photo caters to customers with disabilities by providing an accessible entrance and exit, wide
aisles and shelves that facilitate their browsing. You can inform them of your visit prior to your arrival, so that
they will assign someone to assist your shopping spree. For check outs, instead of the regular counters, they use the
one by the side of the pick up counters. You will need to contact an employee to let you come in to that space. The accessible
toilet is being finished; it is usable now but not ADA compliant yet.
